The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for taking a high level overview of recruitment across the partnership with assigned hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partner the Talent Acquisition Partner will forecast staffing needs, develop candidate pipelines, source, market and attract talent to foster the mission of the organization. They will formulate strategy considering internal and external candidates to acquire talent to fill open roles. They will become an expert on our company culture, operating model, and the industry in which we operate. Using their behavioral interview techniques and creative recruitment strategies they will build a pipeline of highly qualified candidates and refer them internally for employment opportunities within The Jewish Board. Some specific responsibilities include: Proactively identify and plan for upcoming trends within the market Define a talent acquisition roadmap aimed to successfully attract and hire talent needed to scale the company aligned to our strategic plan Integrate DEI&B in all aspects of the hiring process including but not limited to job descriptions, DEI&B partnerships, staffing partners, and community outreach to improve diversity hires In partnership with leadership, define key metrics for recruitment, including productivity measurements and success of hires Drive the build of a more dynamic recruiting culture by developing pipelines, creating candidate flow, and increasing business partner involvement in the recruiting process Proactively source candidates through internal and external channels; cold-calling, networking, social media, employee referrals, internal movement, and other creative sourcing channels • Spearhead programs and initiatives that meet short- and long-term recruiting needs Partner with Marketing to develop and implement strategies around employer branding to proactively attract top talent Leverage ATS as a strategic tool by ensuring there is clean data for tracking and reporting to inform data-driven decisions for the Talent Acquisition and broader leadership teams"¯ Work with the broader HR team to ensure consistency of all pre-hire processes and documentation Provide support and leadership to the Talent Acquisition Partners. TO QUALIFYThe Jewish Board is currently looking for talented professionals of all cultures, religions, races, and gender expressions with the following qualifications:Bachelor''s degree preferred, HS Diploma or equivalent required.4-6+ years total HR/TA experience with 1-2 years working in healthcare/non-profit recruitment, a plusAn understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find quality candidateAble to handle high volume recruitment, while ensuring you keep managers aligned with recruitment efforts and providing consistent follow-up to both hiring managers and candidatesExcellent time management and organizational skillsProven track record of developing and managing relationships across all levels of the organization. Solution oriented, analytical problem-solver; Proactive, positive, deliberate, and focused thinker.
