A highly structured small group classroom (8:1:2) helps them build self-esteem, develop relationships, and become effective learners. Individualized mandated therapies, including speech and language, occupational, physical, play, and music, are provided. An interdisciplinary team approach, inclusive of the family, promotes best practices for understanding the child''s challenges and strengthsThe Head Teacher is responsible for all aspects of the management, care and overall treatment of a group of preschool children who present with a variety of developmental delays and variations, in a classroom setting. TO QUALIFY The Jewish Board is currently looking for talented Head Teachers of all cultures, religions, races, and gender expressions with the following qualifications: Master''s degree in Special Education and New York State Certification is required.Experience in early childhood and special education settings is ternship Certification will be considered for qualified candidates.
