Our client, a growing technology company, is in search for a new Accounts Payable Coordinator. The chosen candidate will have direct exposure to some of the most influential leaders in the organization. Salary/Hourly Rate: $24 - $27/hr Position Overview: The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for the timely processing of incoming invoices, maintaining the Accounts Payable records and producing accounts payable reports. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will receive, renew and process incoming invoices, check requests and expense reports. Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Coordinator: Distribute invoices for departmental approval Maintain bank accounts needed to reconcile payments Perform Ad-Hoc duties as requested Provide general support to the accounting and finance team Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Coordinator: 2+ years of experience within Accounts Payable Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, VLOOKUP''S, Pivot Tables) Excellent organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills Education Requirements: Bachelor''s degree is required Benefits: Atrium Care package available, upon eligibility As a woman-owned firm, we value diversity.
