Clarfeld presently manages and advises on over $17 Billion in assets; offering a wide scope of services, expertise and research, while intimately focusing on each client's unique circumstances.OverviewThe Accounts Receivable Billing Coordinator will be responsible for handling Clarfeld Financial Advisor's billing and fee payments. Colleague will report directly to the manager of the Account Opening Team at Clarfeld.Accounts Receivable Billing CoordinatorReview and verify accuracy of quarterly invoices in accordance with clients' fee agreementsCreate, print, and mail final client reports and invoicesScan and save invoices to electronic filing systemDebit fees from clients' investment accountsTrack and monitor quarterly fee debits schedule and outstanding feesMaintain list of clients' fee accountsFollow up with appropriate individuals on outstanding receivablesReview and reconcile daily paymentsProcess credits and reversals to clients' accounts due to duplicate payments, overpaymentsWork with Bookkeeper to research and resolve any discrepancies on AR ReportElectronically deposit fee payment checks into corporate accountAssist with billing/fee related audit/compliance requests and special projectsQualificationsMust possess and display excellent organization and communication skillsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsAbility to handle high volume of bills and debits each month/quarterStrong attention to detailFollow up and monitoring of time sensitive tasksMust have knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel and ability to learn new programsAbility to work with numbers and calculate fees using a tiered fee structureMust be able to work independently and as a teamAccounts receivable/Bookkeeping experience preferredCollege degree preferred, but not requiredSchedule:M-F, 8:30AM-5:30PMLocation:In-person, Tarrytown, NYPay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000.
