Greeting and Welcoming:Welcome visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.Provide a positive first impression of the organization.2. Answering and Directing Calls:Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.Transfer calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.Take messages and provide information as needed.3. Managing Front Desk Operations:Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors.Ensure security protocols are followed, such as verifying the identity of guests.4. Providing Information:Assist visitors and employees with general information about the organization.Direct individuals to the appropriate person or department.5. Handling Mail and Packages:Receive and distribute mail and packages.Coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.6. Scheduling and Managing Appointments:Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings.7. Administrative Support:Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.Provide support to other departments as needed.8. Communication Skills:Communicate effectively with visitors, clients, and employees.Relay messages accurately and professionally.
