RECEPTIONIST (HOURLY ADMIN ASSISTANT) (FULL TIME)Click Here to Apply OnlineJob Description ESFM We have an opening for a full-time RECEPTIONIST (HOURLY ADMIN ASSISTANT) position.Location: SAP Hudson Yards - 10 Hudson Yards, New York, NY 10001. Requirement: Highest level of client hospitality, excellent computer skills, and a high level of organizational SkillsStarting Pay: $30.00 per hour JOB SUMMARY:The Hudson Yards Receptionist serves as the first line of communication with an executive presence to the general public and represents SAP in a positive and professional manner. Manages the scheduling of all conference rooms in a busy, client-facing office. Performs all reception area functions, including coordination of incoming inquiries, messages, and deliveries. Administers guest and employee badging program. Prepares guest information, new employee packages, and communication of activities to SAP & facilities staff. Collaborates with various staff and departments in preparing special projects and provides back-of-house support. The Receptionist sets the tone of the office and will set the standard for hospitality and efficiency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Greets and responds to sales and marketing office visitors and employees in a courteous and professional manner while coordinating their activities with Executive-level support staff.Responsible for managing the SAP receptionist mailbox and calendars as they relate to reserving conference rooms for SAP internal employees and external customers including, coordinating room layouts, audio-visual support, and catering.Assigns, tracks, and administers visitor, demo, contractor, and temporary employee security access cards on a daily basis. Maintains Sharepoint Spreadsheet log by recording visitors' names, employees' names, and identification numbers. Maintains and tracks badge inventory daily in preparation for audits. Job Summary Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.
