Office ManagerLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Office Manager with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job in Manhattan, new York. This is an excellent contract to hire role that will require you to be working on site. Responsibilities:Prioritize a strong focus on customer service for both internal employees and external guests.Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.Maintain office cleanliness and presentation for employees and guests.Assist with meeting set-up and break-down, adapting to the variable nature of last-minute meetings.Collaborate with outside services, including cleaning, HVAC service, plumbers, electricians, and building maintenance, to address all office needs.Handle office supplies, catering, and kitchen stocking.Oversee a back-office assistant and a front-of-house office coordinator (currently open and about to be filled), reporting to the Office Manager initially.Manage the staff of two, demonstrating ownership of the role.Approve any non-routine spending and coordinate on budgets.Lead efforts to clean out and close down the existing space if relocation is imminent.Assist in moving into a newly designed space with a positive and organized approach.Assist or delegate tasks related to IT support, especially in the absence of on-site IT in NYC.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or related work experience Strong Excel skills is needed Experience:2-3 years of experience in office administration or similar administrative role Worksite: OnsiteEmployment Type: Full time, Contract to HireSalary: $30-35/hr Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hourSearch managed by: Patrick Garron Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
