Job Description Job Description We are seeking a qualified candidate for a fantastic opportunity at a reputable real estate firm.This is a temp to perm job. Pay: $35.00 per hourHours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pmEssential Functions:Prepare and review tenant receivables for errors.Respond to all incoming emails and voicemails.Address concerns of residents and direct these concerns to the Property Manager and Account ExecutiveUpdate building information as needed (i.e. move in/out, library postings, etc)Scheduling and reserving rooms for events on Building LinkAttend annual board meetings as requested.Update and maintain the minute book.Drafting correspondence letters as neededPrepare and distribute memos, notices and other correspondence to residents as instructed.Assist managers with deadlines as well as day-to-day operations of running a luxury building.Coordinate with Agents on assisting with daily duties as well as compliance municate with Front Desk Receptionist to arrange and set up conference rooms.Assist with covering the Front Desk Receptionist as needed.Assist managers with all building compliance deadlines.Assist with special reports.Take minutes at board meetings.Assist with alteration packages.Perform heavy administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, faxing, etcMaintain current knowledge of each assigned properties.RequirementsProficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointVery good written and oral communication skillsStrong customer service skillsMust be able to multi-task in a face paced environment.Must be organized, self-motivated and be able to work well with others.Minimum Qualifications:Associate degree; bachelor's degree preferred2 years or more of Property Management or related industry experience2-3 years of administrative support experience is required(HP123)Company DescriptionTalentHub WorkforceCompany Description TalentHub Workforce
