DescriptionAs the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support for a group of individuals who are Advisors and Investment Managers. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: coordination of meetings, ordering of supplies and equipment, expense reports, and email management. While some of the focus of this job is on the coordination and execution of administrative tasks, incumbents may also spend substantial time performing clerical duties. Position requires excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsible for providing basic secretarial, administrative or clerical support.Primary responsibilities includeFielding telephone calls, filing, data entryCoordination of meetings and schedulesVarious reportingOrdering of supplies/equipmentCompleting expense reportsManaging emails and client communicationsWorking on special projects as neededQualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional CredentialsHigh School diploma, GEDStrong Microsoft Office skills1 - 5 years of administrative assistant or executive assistant experience preferredHours & Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M-FPay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is $22 -$38 per hour.
