Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking Order Entry Associate to join our growing team. Our office is centrally located in Newark, NJ and we are one of the leading plumbing and HVAC contractors in the Tri-State Area since 1999. We provide comprehensive plumbing and HVAC services to commercial and residential clients with existing and new construction projects. With over 200 completed projects in the Tri-State Area, Haddad Plumbing and Heating carries a proud reputation as a leading contractor for many large and well known General Contractors and clients. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Analyzes and inputs data in Excel Create Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Reports Audits and validates data ensuring consistency in reporting Must maintain an organized work space Must be detail oriented Must have good written and oral communication skills Follow up with warehouse and purchasing departments to ensure special materials for projects are ordered and received Perform filing, copying and scanning Assist with other clerical duties as assigned by management Write up orders in a timely, accurate, and complete manner Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma. Excellent knowledge of Excel Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems Fast typing with experience in data entry Great attention to detail Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Active listener with excellent communication skills Sound judgment and critical thinking Professional behavior and conduct Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.
