Start Date: ASAPEnd Date: No end date determined yetHourly Rate: $24-$25Location: Onsite 5 days per week at Newark, 8:30 - 4:30pmReports to: Chief Government and Community Relations OfficerEssential Functions:- Manage reception area and phones: This office is within our President's suite and this Administrative Assistant will also be at the front desk- greeting all that come in and filtering calls. They need to have superb customer service skills.- Coordinate room reservations and event logistics.- Maintain office website and post updates. - Prepare budget reports and track expenses.- Draft correspondence.- Organize files and storage.- Provide customer service to stakeholders.- Upload/download departmental information.- Arrange travel and accommodations.Qualifications required:- Bachelor's required; Master's degree preferred.- 3-5 years administrative assistant experience.- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
