A competitive salary will be aligned with your qualifications.We have the same expectations of ourselves that our clients demand:We embrace change and technology.We welcome and encourage learning opportunities.We strive toward excellence.We operate with integrity.We look out for our team and each other.Responsibilities for Administrative Team Members:Internal support for partners and team bound/outbound calls and other digital communication with clients.Client onboarding, secure document handling and electronic file storage.Preparation and proofreading of client engagement letters, financial statements and other documents.Processing tax return assemblies, e-filing and obtaining client authorizations.Help support professional office appearance, supplies, meetings, office equipment.Job Details:Full-time and on-site only.Standard hours 9:00am-5:00pm.You will need flexibility in your work hours (evenings/weekends), January-April, October, and as petitive salary will be negotiable based upon your experience.Required Qualifications:High School graduate or equivalent.At least 1 year office experience.Client service experience.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and analytical skills, and attention to detail.Professional demeanor and presentation.Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.You will stand out if you have:CPA Firm experience providing admin support for tax, audit or accounting departments.Knowledge of tax, accounting, and financial terminology.Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.Benefits for Full-Time Employees:Health InsuranceAccess to Dental and Vision InsuranceMatching 401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off - 15 days/yearProfessional Development
