Clarfeld presently manages and advises on over $18 Billion in assets; offering a wide scope of services, expertise and research, while intimately focusing on each client's unique circumstances.Support the IPM department in the day to day oversight and due diligence of the firm's clients and AUM tracking. In addition, this role will operate in a support function providing all necessary ongoing information related to the firm's investment practice. This includes, but is not limited to, client quarterly report preparation, new client onboarding, applications, transfer forms, money movements and meeting preparation. In addition, this role will be central to providing both internal and external Black Diamond related support.QualificationsRun reports and invoicesWork with advisors and investment managers to fix reporting and billing errorsPost reports and invoicesChange asset classifications as neededInput statementsUpdate manual calculationsReview first of the month reportsPerform cash reconciliationsCreate new portfoliosAssist with audit preparationsSet up new clients for reportingWork with clients when necessary to troubleshoot Black Diamond issuesHours and Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M-FPay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000.Actual pay is based on various factorsincluding but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
