If you're nodding your head right now, you need to apply because you've found your posse.Job Responsibilities Collaborate with product, tech, content, and research partners to create simple, elegant solutions to complex customer problems Lead workshops with cross-functional partners to identify customer problems and personas, facilitate journey mapping and storyboarding, and more Partner with stakeholders to develop and define customer needs and business success metrics Partner closely with researchers to facilitate research activities (user interviews, surveys, focus groups, usability studies, etc.) and leverage user insights and data to develop end-to-end design strategy for customer-centric digital experiences Create UX artifacts for web, mobile and omnichannel experiences (e.g., journey maps, conceptual models, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes) in close partnership with content designers Share work across the organization through design reviews, product reviews and more Mentor, coach, and/or manage junior members of the payments design team. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 5-8 years of experience designing customer experiences and delivering products Experience leading a program of design work through full product development cycles in discovery, concepting, prototypes, specifications, and enablement using agile project management Ability to develop and sustain effective and cooperative working relationships with peers, managers, and other internal and external stakeholders Can direct self and others in both planning and structuring the work, and executing on expected levels of quality Strong presentation skills and experience sharing strategic rationale with partners, senior leaders, and stakeholders Advanced to Expert skill level designing and prototyping in FigmaPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Developing understanding of Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design practices Has shipped digital products or a launch-ready prototype Experience designing for financial services, banking, e-commerce, or payment-related spaces is a plus
