The Adecco Creative & Marketing Team is recruiting a passionate and curious Store Designer with an architectural background for a timeless client in the luxury industry! The Store Designer will help to develop and maintain the brand corporate image for Fragrance & Beauty as it applies to new and remodeled points of sale. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Design for US domestic locations (includes Stand Alone boutiques); Experience with beauty and fragrance retail sector is a plus. Provide architectural design & development services based on company global brand standards Support store design team with design for new concepts, evolution of existing concepts, and spacial studies (3D- Sketchup required) Create store layouts & develop store design proposals in both 2D & 3D Prepare thorough design detail documents, including plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and details Create and maintain a fixture library, material library, and guideline documents as needed Manage suppliers, vendors, landlords, as required Design for ADA code compliance, and applicable building codes & interior standards Collaborate with cross functional teams (Global and US) to deliver design solutions supporting business objectives Oversee integration of displays and visual merchandising programs, in collaboration with Artistic Direction, Visual Merchandising, and Operations teams Visual Merchandising integration or guideline creation as needed Prepare presentation decks Software Requirements AutoCAD SketchUp Rhino Adobe Creative Suite Project management software or Smartsheet POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Architecture 3-5 years of experience, retail exposure a plus Ability to multitask Be articulate and confident Be a team player Adaptable and able to wear many hats Highly organized and detail-oriented Be curious and collaborative Aesthetically inclined (appreciation for art, beauty, luxury) Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
