Job DescriptionThe CVS Transform Diabetes Care (TDC) team is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join us. Our work is at the intersection of design and cutting-edge marketing technology. As part of this team, you'll have the opportunity to partner with data scientists, marketing strategists, and other creative talents to help improve the health of our more than 60 million members. TDC is a product that employers offer to their employees living with diabetes in an effort to manage costs and health outcomes. The TDC program helps members manage their diabetes by sending personalized communications based on their specific health needs.The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, designing 360 campaigns that include print, web, and social media. In digital, you will design, execute, edit and hand off email assets for release. In print, you will lay out, edit and hand off for release a range of direct mail pieces, many of which will be digitally printed with variable content within pre-defined templates. He/she must have the ability to influence creative concepts within defined creative guidelines and work collaboratively in an ever-changing environment to meet aggressive business goals. You must have knowledge of digital and print best practices. A background in email, print design and production design is a plus.This position requires a meticulous personality: an incredible eye for detail and rigid following of brand guidelines. Think of yourself as having technical expertise, with an understanding of production but ready to be immersed in creative work at every opportunity.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the creative requirements of our core campaign materials and implementation based on the evolution of the TDC roster of communications (Welcome, Welcome Primer, Interventions, Digital App Transition, Digital App Onboarding) Partner with copywriter and designer to deliver on the brief, project expectations and adhere to the brand vision and standards while ensuring consistency Design, and produce pixel-perfect email files and digitally printed direct mail pieces to spec within templatized, branded layouts. Package and deliver optimized project files for release. Liaise with POD creative lead to execute campaigns within brand standards Keep up-to-date with trends in graphic design techniques and softwareCandidate profile: Experience working on product teams with iterations/variations of the collateral; healthcare preferred but open to many industries Experience liaising with senior and junior team members - dynamic experience "rolling up shirt sleeves" to pitch in as needed Experience or desire to manage copy and design strategy - can back up why a design choice is made or knows to reference other best practices for high quality deliverables Comfort working on "tactical" things (less use of creative strategy) with eventual growth mindset Works with or manages vendor relationships and has taken lead on print formatting/design A plus if interested or experienced in copywriting + designRequired Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with an agencyCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications Agency experience in developing 360 campaigns Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant work experience across both online and offline channels Unwavering attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership Excellent communication with your fellow team Ideally, experience in using marketing channels to educate providers (doctors/nurses/clinical staff) Experience developing written content is a big plus (Social media, content creation, e-commerce, etc.) Health care experience Familiarity with dynamic content Experience designing for both print, web and social media.
