You will build relationships, coach and influence employees while liaising with Store Management across the business.Every day, you are involved in many areas of People & Culture, which may include employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, scheduling or payroll and attendance.For instance, to ensure an amazing customer experience, it''s important we hire the best of the best. You may lead the recruitment process to fill in-store positions, and other recruiting initiatives. Or you may lead Learning and Development so that our employees continue to grow and develop.Once hired, you''ll embody our dedication to employee success by ensuring our top-notch training and orientation program for all new team members. As a People & Culture leader, you will coach your team and provide feedback and motivation to improve work and facilitate career growth. You will maintain an up-to-date understanding of company guidelines and relevant legislation to ensure a safe working environment for all.Who you areAs a P&C Supervisor, you will have two or more years of HR experience, including supervisory experience. Experience in several of the critical HR functions is imperative, such as employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, scheduling or payroll. You''ll also be expected to work a flexible schedule within our retail environment.
