We also design connected beauty experiences, harnessing intelligent technologies to empower people to take control of their skin health.If you want to lead in innovation, technology, & research, and you care about collaborating with passionate colleagues, serving communities, & acting for the planet please join us!Who we are looking for:The Active Cosmetics Division is looking to expand our Global Marketing Teams in the USA by creating the role of Director of Global Artwork Management.The Director of Global Artwork Management will play a key role in the global expansion and product launches of CeraVe and SkinCeuticals. We are looking for a candidate with a strong project management background who can lead a team of three, establish a new master design process, coordinate with cross functional partners around the world, and drive strict timelines to ensure on-time product launches. The ideal candidate will be driven, have artwork management experience, and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.Job Description:Manage Artwork Development Process:* Create and implement a new master design process, enrolling and coordinating cross functional teams across ACD globally to ensure process compliance.* Prioritize artwork projects across brands within the ACD US Division.* Ensure brand consistency across artworks, colors, and printing specifications.* Ensure harmonization artwork process of globally compliant artwork that minimizes reworks and over-labelling.* Develop and report quarterly artwork management KPIs to CeraVe and SkinCeuticals management team.* Manage and animate the relationship between Operation Development Teams and DMI Teams.* Be the key contact for DMI Marketing, legal, agencies, and zones regarding packaging.* Manage artwork timelines ensuring on time and error free artwork releases.* Oversee IT Systems related to artwork management.* Budget planning and management: establishing a timeline and overall budget planning and management for associated projects.People Management:* Hire team of three contractor employees.* Develop and manage team of 3 employees.* Approve weekly timecards and facilitate payment for hours worked via third party agency.* Anticipate workload and plan resources & needs.* Manage and develop team overseeing daily artwork tasks ensuring on time delivery of projects. Team will be responsible for the:* management of artworks across different brands / franchises ensuring on time and accurate execution* language codes* translations with local markets* technical specifications* colours* packaging variations* Artwork Agency management* Artwork workflow system expertise (ie. ESKO, TAG, etc.)* Brand consistency with attention to detail* Print Press ApprovalsJob Requirements:* 5+ years of project management experience.* 2+ years prior experience managing a team.* Experience managing global artwork approval process for a Consumer Packaged Goods company.* Experience working collaboratively with partners across the globe.* Experience creating and implementing new processes and managing organizational change.* Proactive, ability to self-manage projects, ability to overcome obstacles independently.* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite.* Leadership skills: ability to demonstrate leadership within team and cross-functional partners.* Excellent Interpersonal Skills (written and oral).* Demonstrates L''Oréal Competencies: Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Achiever, and Innovator.* We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride in a diverse environment.
