In this role, you will own areas of moderate complexity (such as product discovery, or overview dashboards) or a standalone product. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team built to expand Chase's business ventures beyond core financial services. This team is focused on building the future of Chase's digital ecosystem capabilities by delivering customer experiences across the purchasing journey, while connecting our customers to numerous partner brands and benefits in ways that are intuitive, simple, and meaningful - all in service of our core mission to help customers make the most of their money.Chase's Lending Innovation team is dedicated to designing thoughtful, useful, and differentiated products to help our customers have the spending power they need, when they need it most. In this role, you may touch anything from credit card installments to partner programs to loans and pay overtime solutions.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Create new experience strategy at the intersection of user needs and business goals for specific product Actively participate in discussions for product vision, roadmap, and requirements with leadership Diagram overarching structure of omnichannel experience Independently operate with a small team to delivering end-to-end experience. Review feedback from research and discuss implications for iterations Leads efforts for product-specific experience visions, and contributes to broader LOB-wide visions that make strategy concrete Prepare and partner with design associates for presenting their work to cross-functional EDs/MDs and other executives Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Lead the delivery of successful shipped products Portfolio that demonstrates expertise in Interaction Design, an advanced capability in additional skills (Visual Design, Information Architecture, Service Design, etc.) Advanced strategic practices and understanding Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Product and Technical leads
