We're a cross-functional team of product managers, UX researchers, product designers, engineers, and data scientists. Our work is central to our mission to deliver a future-focused user experience across a best-in-class streaming platform What You'll Do: As a Product Designer for Content Discovery at Peacock, you'll shape the future of content discovery and search across our viewing experience. Your designs will directly power users' ability to explore our extensive and growing content library of new releases, recommendations, curated collections, and live content. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design, Content Discovery, you'll define, design, develop, test, and launch vivid and compelling experiences that are contextually relevant and effortless. Independently lead small- to medium-sized projects from conception to launch, driving stakeholder reviews and expert execution. Apply a data-driven approach to every decision you make, reducing friction and increasing engagement, all while creating a consistent, scalable user experience. Collaborate with engineersto ensure that design solutions are technically feasible and delivered on time. Manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment without sacrificing quality. Maintain design standards and ensure consistency across all channels and platforms. Participate in design reviews and critiques, providing constructive feedback to colleagues to improve the overall quality of design solutions. Develop comprehensive design guidelines and supporting materials to enable all stakeholders to leverage, expand, and deploy design solutions proficiently. Maintain a critical eye and obsessive attention to detail. Degree in design, computer science, or human factors. Design professional with 3+ years of relevant work experience. Proven experience as a designer who can take critical feedback and problem-solve. Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Maintain a critical eye and obsessive attention to detail. Understanding of design systems, interaction design principles, and accessibility standards. Proficient in modern design and prototyping software like Figma, Sketch, Framer, Origami, etc. Ability to work cross-functionally with exceptional collaboration, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities. Strong portfolio of mobile, web, and/or TV work that clearly maps your process and articulates your design decisions. Understanding of the best design practices across different media, platforms, and devices. Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects. Experience and excitement working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Nice to Have: Experience in branding, marketing, and/or e-commerce within a product team. Experience developing and delivering creative strategies. Experience developing design guidelines for external teams to scale design languages and systems.
