MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.*Description*External Communications:* Support media strategy including developing, drafting, and distributing press releases, preparing media briefing documents and reports* Support quarterly earnings communications, collaborating with Finance and Legal to file external releases and maintain company''s investor deck* Support as needed messaging for significant announcements and other related materials, including company annual report, news releases, presentations, Q&A, fact sheets, scripts* Write and/or edit various communication materials, online and offline, in support of the Company''s external communications strategy (i.e. Group websites, External business presentations)* Oversee and develop company''s Social Media presence - LinkedIn and TwitterInternal Communications:* Act as a point of contact for internal communications requests from core divisions in the U.S.* Support the delivery of the group internal communication plan, including: Initiate, develop and execute new ideas for leadership communications, oversee quarterly Town Hall activities and planning, work closing with HR to devise and execute comprehensive communication road maps for key company initiatives, such as Well being, and Agile working* Source ideas, draft, proof-read and post relevant content for the intranet* Support the running and development of the Company Share Point intranetMarketing Communications:* Support the creation of localized marketing content and collateral in support of the Group''s wider Marketing strategy* Act as point contact for business PowerPoint needs, to deliver professional presentations for employer branding, change management and executive communications, ensuring all communication deliverable are aligned with branding guidelines* Outstanding writing and editorial skills* Strong track record in writing and editing communications for diverse audiences* Keen eye for design* Business acumen with fluency in financial communications* A good understanding of the border communications function and excellent oral and written presentation skills* Strong relationship builder; works effectively at all levels of the organization* Ability to meet deadlines and to prioritize competing deadlines* *Advanced Share Point & PowerPoint skills** *Must be located in the Greater NYC area** *6 month contract, potential to extend*The client is a leading global fiance group that delivers innovative solutions out of NYC.* Competitive hourly rate* Remote until further notice* Must be located in the Greater NYC area* 6 month assignment with potential for longevity
