Job Description:Responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of regionalhealthcare, education and not-for-profit client relationships. Portfolioincludes relationships with acute care hospitals/health systems, skillednursing facilities, assisted living facilities, CCRCs, universities andtraditional not-for-profits. Work with Client Team on RFPs, includingspreads, scorecards, repayment models, projections, deal screens, termsheets and pricing models. Manage the underwriting/approval processfor credit requests/renewals.
