Summary: Our customer in the Financial Services industry is looking for a Project Manager to join their Financial Systems Support team. This role will serve as a liasion between multiple corporate departments and IT teams leading large ERP, continuous improvement and small change projects. Education and/or Experience: 8+ years as Project Manager specifically with financial system related projects Extensive background with ERP systems, preferably Lawson Experience with implementing information system applications and technologies Experience with integrated system projects Solid business process skills, ability to provide transaction analysis in varying functional areas PMP Certification preferred Bachelor''s Degree in appropriate field of study Familiar with any of the following platforms: Lawson AVID Concur Callidus/ICM Experience with any of the following tools: SmartSheets MS Project ServiceNow MS Office tool set Skills and Abilities Bring proven SDLC knowledge and processes to help educate the team and streamline workflows Solid understanding of accounting and budgeting concepts Requires a unique combination of business acumen, technical expertise, leadership, and communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, meticulous and responsible Should have methodical & creative thought processes Basic PM Duties: Understandstrategic plans, business, process and architecture to influence the project execution Evaluate how system changes are going to impactworkflow, data, and reporting Work withimplementation partners, business & IT in order tooptimize/enhancing the Financial Systems design Define project scope and objectives & applychange management processes to project scope, schedule and costs Successfully deliver projects on-time, within scope and budget Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress Assign project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels Ensure resource availability and allocation Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Perform risk management to minimize project impacts Establish and maintain relationships with NFP teams, Stakeholders and third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Nesco Resource and affiliates (Lehigh G.I.T Inc, and Callos Resource, LLC) is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics with respect to employment opportunities.
