Adecco Creative & Marketing is looking for a Business Analyst for an iconic fashion house headquartered in New York, NY. The Business Analyst will play a key role in the development of multi-channel services linking the physical and virtual worlds, to connect & humanize the client experience. They will liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, and identify, define, and document the requirements and user journeys that align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience and a passion for purposeful and elevated digital experiences. The Business Analyst will be involved in the entire lifecycle of omnichannel services initiatives to include the proposal, validation, discovery, design, and delivery. Responsibilities will include: Drafting business case documentation, project briefs, competitive analysis, high-level user journeys, and vendor assessments. Leading functional discovery to obtain a deep understanding of relevant business areas through interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, storyboards, etc. Translating conceptual user requirements into clear and detailed functional requirements and user journeys/wireframes. Understanding the technical options and limitations and discussing alternative options with partners. Working with partners to propose requirement prioritizations throughout the delivery timeline. Preparing the Creative Brief and coordinating with the Art Director on experience design (UI/UX), and ensuring front-end requirements are met. Coordinating with content, merchandising, acquisition, traffic, insight, and analytic stakeholders. Supporting delivery teams as they develop, test, and deploy solutions. Reviewing delivery team output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted. Defining and executing test cases as part of user acceptance testing. Documenting current processes to understand inefficiencies/gaps and to define future processes with partners. Preparing training documentation in accordance with functional requirements. Recommending evolutions based on performance of launched omnichannel services. Adapting requirements and defining change requests to improve current experiences Working with insight partners to contribute to annual services reports. Assisting the team with the annual road mapping process by continually researching innovations that could match the business needs and objectives. Qualified candidates will have the following: Bachelor''s degree. 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Background in design thinking and UX. Certification in agile methodology is a plus. Experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of a variety of stakeholders. A demonstrated ability to communicate complex functional information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
