Description Position at EssenceMediacom SENIOR ANALYST, ANALYTICSOverview:We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team, responsible for measurement planning, weekly reporting, media and creative testing/analysis, and competitive research and analysis.Your Impact:Utilizing your strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, you will provide data and analytics services to clients. More specifically, you'llWork with senior level Insights and Analytics staff to develop project timelines and deliverable schedules Deliver projects while communicating project progress, issues, and deliverables to manager and director Conduct client calls and bring in extended team members when necessary Establish a strong relationship with day-to-day clients through a demonstration of industry knowledge and a deep understanding of client's business objectives Develop creative and media strategies in collaboration with other departmentsDevelop measurement plans and reports that are relevant to the client's business and their creative/media testingResearch industry trends and facts while sharing expertise to team Other duties and responsibilities as assignedYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field; or equivalent professional work experience2+ years of relevant work experienceExperience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and/or other web analytics toolsData Visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI, Domo)Knowledge of media industry research tools, including MRI, Media Metrix, and NielsenStrong understanding of metrics, including Media and Quantitative business measuresAdvanced Excel skills and understanding of Microsoft Access and databasesR, SAS, and SQL experience a plusOur Culture:We're a people-first company that truly invests in you.
