In this role, the successful candidateis a strategic minded Associate Director of Marketing Strategy Digital Platforms to support the strategy and development of innovative digital marketing initiatives tailored to diverse patient segments and healthcare professionals on multiple platforms. This role will oversee a dynamic marketing team, collaborating with other marketing departments and cross-functional NYULH stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the health system's mission to drive brand reputation and appointment volume. Reporting directly to the Director, Head of Enterprise Marketing Strategy, this position will play a critical role in NYULHs overall strategic marketing efforts, including creating innovative programs, providing a deep understanding of the profiles of different audiences, and supporting the advancement of NYULHs enterprise objectives.Job Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy Development:Contribute to the development of strategic, research-based, and data-driven digital marketing strategies to reach physicians and general audiences via digital strategiesLeverage working knowledge of all marketing products and platforms for online acquisition to increase growth Execute audience segmentation analyses to develop unique profiles that inform the design of effective digital and traditional marketing strategies and work with Strategic Planning to look at revenue opportunities for clinical priorities Oversee the work of digital marketing team members deployed to marketing initiatives specific to service lines, clinical programs, and other internal functions/departmentsSupport the day-to-day management of the master calendar across other Communications and Marketing (C&M) teams; work with the Head of Enterprise Marketing Strategy to coordinate the sequencing and activation of marketing campaigns, and identify synergies across campaignsEnsure governance around campaign management and sequencing is adhered to by internal departmentsLeverage performance metrics and outcomes from digital campaigns to inform existing and future strategies in partnership with the Program Measurement & Business Operations platform Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and healthcare best practices, adapting strategies to industry changesDrive strategic marketing campaigns that will fuel the growth of NYULH and support realization of institutional goals Oversee comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to optimize online visibility, drive organic traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI through paid search campaigns; manage the team that drives comprehensive SEO and SEM strategiesCollaboration and InfluenceCollaborate with internal marketing and communications teams to strategize and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to increase reputation and business objectivesProactively coordinate with the Brand Ecosystem team to ensure all digital marketing campaigns adhere to brand-specific guidance, and strategies are aligned with the overall vision for NYULHSupport the Head of Enterprise Marketing Strategy (Director) in infusing data-driven insights into marketing strategy campaigns and assessing their effectiveness Coordinate with the Advertising Lead, Clinical Leads, and FGP relationship lead on the execution of marketing campaigns requiring promotion via paid channelsSupport strategic market assessments, including analyzing market environments, competitive intelligence, and forecasting industry/market trends, informed by inputs from current digital marketing and acquisition trendsTeam Leadership and Management:Champion NYULH's strong continuous improvement culture and ensure deployment of scalable, simplified, and standardized processesFinancial Responsibility:Contribute to the development of the budget and operational forecasts of the Marketing Strategies team, as necessary, working with the Chief of StaffMinimum Qualifications:To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Strategy, or related field 8+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy 2 years of management experience building and leading effective teams Proven experience in healthcare marketing strategy and digital innovation Proficiency in project management, communication tools, and data analysis Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply and communicate data-driven insights Creative instincts and willingness to test-and-learn Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to influence, teach, inspire, motivate, and collaborate effectively Proven ability to work effectively in a highly-matrixed environment Excellent verbal and written communications skillsPreferred Qualifications: Experience in New York-specific Marketing, Management, Strategy, or related field Bilingualism is an asset (Spanish/English)Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.NYU Langone Health provides its staff with far more than just a place to work. The salary range for the role is $110,479.20 - $171,392.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
