DESCRIPTION:Duties: Synthesize information from data platforms, competitors and brand tracking, third party data, testing, analytic products, product features/baskets, and customer journeys into information that can be easily interpreted by broad business audiences. Develop commentary for dashboards and reports that highlight insights as a cohesive and actionable story. Maintain efficiency by partnering with the Technology team to improve systems and processes. Monitor dashboard and report usage and refine or decommission as appropriate. Provide Marketing teams with business and consumer insights to further define and refine target audience segments and expectations. Maintain a forward looking perspective on the media/consumer data landscape.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Reporting and Data Delivery, Data Analytics & Metrics Reporting, or related occupation.Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Performance measurement in the financial services industry; Translating quantitative information into actionable insights that can be leveraged by both analytic and non-analytic staff; Power user of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced functionality including Vlookup, IndexMatchMatch, Modeling, Macros, and VBA scripts; Business Intelligence Tools, such as Tableau or Qlik Sense; Programming languages including SQL and Python; Data Manipulation, Visualization and Machine Learning; Automating the production of recurring-reports and dashboards using VBA, Python and Robotic Process Automation tools; calculating and assessing the role that margin of error and confidence levels play in interpreting results.Job Location: 383 Madison Ave., New York, NY 10017. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.Salary: $116,133.00-$150,000.00 per year.
