Job DescriptionAbout the Position: As part of the Global Indirect Sourcing organization, the project manager will manage the low-end spend mgt, referred to as ''Tail spend'' cross categories. The goal is to define the right execution and mgt program with the Procurement Operation Center for all spending activities under $100K / PO. It coordinates with the Global Category managers, PR requesters, and 3rd parties to promote speed for execution, savings, and supplier consolidations. As working on the tail spend activities, the project manager will learn to use the different procurement systems, such as supplier onboarding, P2P Coupa, Analytics, and Contract Life cycle management. While working on the systems, the project manager will make proposals and work with the different team players to streamline the process and promote a better user experience. The position will grow into specific categories and supplier management activities. Use your past skills, experience, and success in implementing sourcing strategies to enhance the supplier relationships & performance and foster a deeper value of Procurement to the business groups via stronger supplier rationalization and proven experience. Responsibilities: Execute contracts with full end-to-end coordination between legal, procurement, and stakeholders. This includes responsibilities of negotiations, redlining, and close in coordination with legal, InfoSec, compliance, etc, as may be the case. Participates in the execution optimization with Procurement Operation Center. To effectively collaborate and influence various internal customers, including IT, HR, Marketing, Professional Services, and logistics. Develop an early SPEEP execution model with key category internal customers. Responsible for supplier development of assigned categories Drive purchasing and supplier sourcing decisions towards the lowest ''total cost of ownership,''; encompassing price, risk, service levels, payment terms, incentives/penalties, change management, etc Drive end-to-end RFPs in compliance with Procurement processes and procedures. Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to shifting priorities Gather, analyze and present data; strong, effective analytics abilities with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc., Ability to work independently in a dynamic, complex operations environment Minimum Qualifications: B.A./B.S. from an accredited college/ university. Proven ability to present and communicate agendas and action plans across the organization. Minimum 5 years experience of overall industry experience with specific sourcing, contract management, and operations experience. You can create clarity and generate energy for an entire organization with a deep commitment to Diversity and Equity (DEI).
