LHH has a client in Berkeley Heights, NJ who needs a Client Services Support Representative on a 1 year contract opportunity (Customer Service)This is a great chance to get in with a name brand company to advance your careerJob Description:Client Services III Support role is a customer service role that directly interfaces with customers in a technical capacity providing IT support on a day-to-day basis for NJ based sites via phone, deskside and support Kiosk. The technician must be a self-starter and have the ability to follow directions and at times technicians be required to travel to different sites as needed to provide support.The roles reports directly to the IT Manager/Lead of the site.The candidate should have the following skill sets in a support capacity (Customer Service, troubleshooting and configuration): Customer Service Windows 11 Microsoft O365 (Office, etc.) MS Teams and Teams Rooms Azure Intune Active Directory Microsoft Teams MAC OS iOS SAP Service Now VPN SCCM Asset Management Imaging/Deploying MAC and PC BeyondTrust - BOMGARKey Responsibilities:Detail-oriented, organized and customer focusedThe role requires a passion for Customer Service and expertise in IT onsite and remote support and delivering world class service to the Client's businessAbility to build relationships with the users in order to meet their IT support requirements and deliver an exceptional client experienceProvide White Glove Support for Executive members of the client base as neededContribute, share knowledge, and provide feedback to update existing processes to streamline support as business requirements.Provide 2nd level infrastructure support. Other support will be provided at the Americas Zone levelStrong analytical business skills, technical competence, communication, and leadership skillsExperience with multi-tasking and capable of resolving complex problemsProactively identify, document, and escalate as needed issues and requests to limit downtime, maintain a stable technology desk-side environmentContinuously explore to enhance the support services including case management and overall team workflow to provide the best possible customer experience and higher customer satisfactionDrive customer escalations to a logical closure to help boost customer satisfaction scoresBalance competing priorities and maintain the ability to shift focus quickly in response to critical business and customer needsExperience in asset depot processes and workflowMaintain physical inventory of company IT equipment and mobile devices accurately for siteStrong operational understanding of MS Office Suite and TeamsAbility to support large conference rooms/meetings and their respective technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Crestron meeting roomsAbility to work independently and with a teamAbility to Multi-Task while working on various projects and issues as they ariseAssists with the imaging, installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelinesWorks with other IT teams as appropriate to determine root causes and resolve problems received from clientsProvide level 2 desktop support including but not limited to Windows, MS Office (O365), macOS, and proprietary systemsAbility to quickly become proficient in new systems and to adapt to new evolving business requirementsCommunicating up and out on IT issues may arise so all team members are made aware as well as management as well as keeping all levels of management informed on progressPursues training and development opportunities; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills needed to support the business, shares this expertise with othersAssist in identify key metrics that can help improve efficiencies for local teams when identifiedWork closely with the corporate teams in support of projects and troubleshootingProvide documentation and mentoring as required for all systems supportedAbility to cross train and mentor new contract staffers on systemsAbility to travel to different sites as needed by businessTake technical lead on any project as required by the project managerParticipate in project discussions as required by the teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRequirements:Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with 1 year experience managing/leading teams in a multi-office environment and remote support environmentStrong communication, critical thinking, and organization skillsStrong attention to detail, making and keeping commitmentsSolid technical background in a broad range of Microsoft-based IT disciplines, including some knowledge of infrastructure and architecture, server, storage, network, and project managementExperience with Windows servers, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, network routers and switchesExcellent written and oral communication skills, ability to present ideas in user-friendly mannerSelf-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasksManage IT assets including software and hardwareKnowledge of full lifecycle managementAbility to work independently and with a teamTitle: Client Services Support IIILocation: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite)Pay: $37.41/hourHours: Full-time.
