If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career, we invite you to review our opportunities!JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYJOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThe primary function of the Strategic Customer Representative"”Construction Climate (SCR) will be to drive year-round Construction Heating, Cooling and Dehumidification revenue within a select group of assigned customers within a specific geographic area while further growing and developing strategic customer account relationships. Position Objective: Drive construction climate revenue within assigned account base, by increasing product and capability awareness at multiple levels within the assigned account offices. Manage the overall account at all levels, while evaluating and adding new potential customers to the program. Performance will be measured by revenue growth.Position Responsibilities:Formulate and execute long term sales plan for each assigned account.Strategically plan customer visits to offices and jobsites and cultivate long term relationships with key-decision makers at all levels of the plete blueprint takeoffs and design temporary heating, cooling and/or drying solution(s) that best meet the specific and unique requirements of each customer and project.Create and deliver technical presentation on Construction Site Heating, Cooling and Dehumidification.Prepare, deliver, present, negotiate and close proposals.Actively manage a quote pipeline, track and report monthly results. Manage and assist technical team in installation and execution of designed temporary solutions. Communicate and lead team while being the point of contact for the customer to ensure all expectations are being met.Collaborate with Regional Managers, National Account Managers, other Strategic Account Managers and Regional Sales Directors. Serves as a technical resource to our OSR team on more technically complex, large projects, engineered applications and solutions, assist in design selection of proper equipment to provide our customer with the right solution.Apply and deliver The Power of Sunbelt by promoting all lines of Sunbelt businesses during life cycle of project. Manage contract process and serves as customer liaison with contracts team.Manage accounts receivable on a monthly basis and personally resolve''s any issues.Maintain an awareness of trends in the industry and understands the changing competitive landscape. Identify customers in the market with high Climate Control and Power & HVAC spend to add to strategic customer portfolio.Attend, work, national and regional trade shows, customer events, lead strategic entertainment of customers, product presentations and participation in industry associations.Education, Requirements & Qualifications:Demonstrated success in selling to large accounts and projectsExcellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills are essentialStrong leadership, verbal and written communication skills.Technical and mechanical aptitude and ability in order to instruct, train and demonstrate product features and benefits.Ability to identify market potential, develop and execute market/business plan Proficient in Microsoft and CRM applicationsAvailable to travel overnight as needed. Physical DemandsMust be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt''s safety policies and guidelines.
