Call Center Representative Responsibilities:Answering or making calls to NVA members and providers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with customer service, plan benefits, quality of care concerns, etc.Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that members and providers feel supported and valued.Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry members and providers, as needed.Building lasting relationships with colleagues, internal and external customers based on trust and reliability.Utilizing software, tools and knowledge acquired from training appropriately.Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.Making sales or explaining products or services that may better suit member needs.Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.Adhering to all company policies and procedures.Call Center Representative Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years recent experience.Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone etiquette.Understanding of company products, services, and policies.Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.Ability to ask probing questions and diffuse tense situations.Strong time management and decision-making skills.Adaptability, reliability and accountability.Fluency in multiple languages is desired.Salary 19-20 an hourwork on site 100% to start then hybrid Monday and Friday WFHwork one Saturday per month in the summerWork 2 Saturdays per month Sept-MayPay Details: $20.00 per hourSearch managed by: Sarah Harvey Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
