Description: Aston Carter is searching for a Client Support Specialist - with Employee Navigator for our client in the insurance industry. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their EDI needs and requirements. - Use Employee Navigator platform to set up and customize EDI connections with insurance carriers. - Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transmissions to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Communicate directly with carriers to establish and maintain EDI connections, resolving any technical issues that may arise. - Assist sales team with system demos - Conduct regular audits to identify and correct any inconsistencies or errors in data transmissions. - Assist clients in completing necessary documentation, such as enrollment forms, for EDI integration. - Provide support to clients regarding EDI-related inquiries or issues. - Prepare and generate reports using Excel to track EDI transactions, troubleshoot errors, and analyze data.
