As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our company, interacting with customers daily to provide support across various channels, troubleshoot issues, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Manage large volumes of customer inquiries through phone, email, and in personTroubleshoot technical issues relating to products or services and provide detailed solutionsDocument all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and commentsEscalate complex or unresolved customer grievances to the appropriate internal teamIdentify and suggest possible improvements on processes to enhance the customer experienceMaintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all timesRequirements:Proven customer support experience or ability to remain customer-focusedStrong phone, email, and chat communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyStrong knowledge of company products, services, policies, and proceduresProficiency with CRM platforms and MS OfficeWe provide full training and resources to help you succeed.
