As a Customer Experience Specialist, Distribution Customer Support, Florham Park, NJ (Hybrid), You Create Chemistry By... Expertly managingthe order to cash process to manage and translate tactical actions to strategic thinking; anticipatingcustomer needs and providingrecommendations based on order patterns. Leveraging your strong business acumen,driving financial results for your customers;identifying opportunities for upselling and identify deviations from Customers' forecast. Improvingcustomer satisfaction through driving continuous improvement activities as you will be measured on customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Score. Navigatingcomplex order-to-cash processes and managingcompeting priorities, assistingin strategic decision making, and continuously looking for opportunities whichimprove processes and policies that impact the customer experience;presenting and implementing solutions to complex customer needs. AnalyzingSupply Chain and Business Key Performance Indicators and drivingimprovements based on findings; sharing best practices across the organization to accelerate business growth. Relying upon your excellent interpersonal skills, collaboratingand interfacingwith business partners and functional teams, and partnering with commercial teams developing an indepth understanding of the customers and their markets, by actively engaging in discussion with customers and the commercial organization;contributingto the businesses growth and profitability;proactively identifying and prioritizingopportunities, developing sustainable solutions, contributingto account plans, and championing continuous improvement and overall performance; ensuring a sustainable business continuity plan for your customers and backup team members across the Customer Experience Team. Demonstrating your excellent organization skills, facilitatingthe resolution of order exceptions and issues impacting the customer's order,utilizingand/or establishing reporting processes whichidentify and communicate timely solutions in aprofessional manner with stakeholders. Combining your ability to work independently, be a self-starter, and leadchange in a team setting andas you gather and interpret market intelligence from a customer.
