HR Onboarding SpecialistLHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an Onboarding Specialist for one of our clients in Queens, NY. This global non profit institution is looking for someone that can work on-site and assist with supporting all onboarding functions for their employees to ensure all compliance checks are made. This will be an on-site, open ended, temporary position and candidates should have experience onboarding new hires or ensure employees have certifications/licenses. This position will be anywhere from $25-30/hr, contingent on this job you will: Ensure new hires have the specific licenses, certifications, and/or testing needed to start working Track employee data and make updates in their HRIS system Support new hire process and orientation as needed Coordinate drug testing and license/certification verification Schedule background checks Employment verificationTo be considered for this client you should have: Previous support experience in a Human Resources Department or compliance team Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Previous experience working in a professional environmentPay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hourSearch managed by: Matthew Doman Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
