We are seeking qualified candidates for a Temp-to-Hire Customer Service Representative role in Richmond, VA. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls in a non-scripted, professional call center setting, providing white-glove service to our clients.Responsibilities:Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, requiring a complex review of documents and research to provide accurate and timely information. Follow up with customers to ensure they received all the information needed. Provide support to both English and Spanish speaking customers.Document Review: Review documents to provide correct information to callers. Review document submissions for completeness, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accurately.Database Management: Record detailed notes in the database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.Customer Service Excellence: Provide a white-glove experience to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
