Job Title: Customer Support SpecialistLocation: Great Neck, NYType: Temporary to PermanentHourly Rate: $22-24 (based on experience)Responsibilities:1. Customer Support: - Provide exceptional customer support over the phone in a call center environment. - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.2. System Proficiency: - Utilize Zendesk and SAP platforms for efficient handling of customer interactions. - Prior experience with Zendesk and SAP is highly beneficial, though not mandatory.3. Communication: - Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.4. Schedule Management: - During the temporary period, commit to a 100% onsite presence. - Post-temp period, flexibility to work varying schedules, including 8-5PM, 9-6PM, 10-7PM, and 11-8PM, with a rotating shift. - Ability to work from home every other full week during the rotating schedule.5. Documentation: - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. - Generate reports and summaries as required.Qualifications:- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center setting.- Familiarity with Zendesk and SAP is a significant advantage.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to adapt to a rotating schedule post-temp period.- Proficient in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.- Prior experience in a similar customer support role.- Proficiency in using Zendesk and SAP (preferred).- Ability to work 100% onsite during the temporary period and adopt a rotating schedule post-temp period.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Reliable and punctual.Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hourSearch managed by: Clare Rant Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
