In this role, you manage the Field Service Technicians, Installers, Cleaners, Ice Delivery Drivers, and Refurbishment Personnel to provide customers accurate and friendly information regarding the coordination of various service and maintenance scheduling. If you are mechanically skilled, enthusiastic and able to forge lasting relationships among internal and external customers, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Lead, Manage, Coach and Mentor the department.Build a scalable department by implementing processes and procedures in adherence to the Easy Ice operating system.Create and maintain preventative maintenance scheduleDisplays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offeredCoordinate work order schedule with Technicians and customersResponsible for ensuring technicians are following SOPResponsible for technician's yearly performance reviewsMonitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issuesMaintain inventory and parts that the Field Technicians useManage equipment refurbishment ensuring work is completed to standardFollow up with customers regarding maintenance satisfaction as well as auditing work being done to ensure all standards are being met and maintenance work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughlyResponsible for ensuring all parts are returned and submitted for warranty on scheduleOffers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionallyMaintain and monitor metrics for Service, PM, and Refurbishment processesAssists with or performs administrative tasksOther duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Strong customer-facing skills as well as strong phone skills and the ability to project a pleasant toneTeam oriented Self-starterTroubleshootingDetailed oriented and high level of accuracy deliveredProficient in Microsoft applicationsAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle stress and resolve problems quicklyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to learn Easy Ice/Automatic Icemakers protocols and proceduresStrong command of company's policies and proceduresContinuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experienceA desire to continually increase your knowledge of the industries we serve; and, products, services and processes our company can produceExhibit good decision making, analytical problem solving and excellent organizational abilitiesCommunicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and possess excellent interpersonal skillsWork primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potentialSedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer useSits for extended periods of timeMust have sufficient visual acuity to be able to work, for prolonged periods of time, on a computer monitorBenefits:Excellent Medical/Dental/Vision/Group Life401k Company MatchPTO and Holiday PayTuition AssistanceFitness Membership ReimbursementProvide all Tools needed to complete the jobLocation: 500 Fenimore Rd, Mamaroneck, NY 10543Salary:$130,000 - $135,000, depending on experience The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
