In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure. We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the entertainment centerAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materialProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute daily mailUpdate calendars and schedule meetingsSkillsProven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleProfessional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeQualificationsHigh school diploma/GEDPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred Comfortable using computers and customer management softwareExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
