Local, well respected, dealership is looking to add talent to their Service Team.We have a full-time, temp-to-hire, Service Advisor, opportunity.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 3 years of Service Advisor / Writer experience requiredA valid driver's license and clean driving record requiredReynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience helpfulProfessional appearance and attitude requiredAbility to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong mechanical knowledgePossess impeccable reliability Responsibilities:As a trusted Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the service department to ensure a high level of integrity and customer satisfactionAs an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer care and coordination of vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your strong communication skills, automotive expertise, and organizational abilities will contribute to ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for our customersDocumentation of customer concerns and commentsWriting service orders and descriptions of problems as well as repairsBe able to demonstrate understanding of manufacturers warranty programs/extensionsTranslate customers' repair problems into standard repair terminologyExplain repairs to customers and review service historyProvide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairsHandle customer complaints making sure the customer is completely satisfiedCoordinate parts ordering and follow-up appointments with customersProvide the highest levels of customer service in order to retain dealership clienteleMust maintain high customer satisfaction scores for Customer Experience Surveys
