Responsible for managing key clients to achieve short and long-term profit and volume objectives; provides guidance and motivation to Operations teams, Customer Service Managers, Canteen national Accounts as well as other district associates in working towards establishing long term client relationships. Establishes and maintains effective customer/client rapport; and responsible for optimizing working capital. Estimated travel at 25%, otherwise based in NYC or surrounding areas are preferred. Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In conjunction with the Vice President, interprets and ensures compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines to promote their consistent application within the organization. These include; CSM client meetings/QBR's, installations for New Business, and other standard operational procedures added as needed. Work with Vice President/President at Canteen to support planning budgets and forecasts for key clientele. Analyzes client portfolio for areas of profit improvement, recommends action. Quantifies potential business opportunities including review of computations and the validation of assumptions to ensure proper ROI. Provide operational perspective to opportunities. Provides data for operational reviews.Analyzing existing accounts for opportunities to provide better service and generate a better financial return including the proper optimization of assets. Work with affected internal parties to maintain effective client contact at the appropriate client level. Identifies client's needs, communicates account progress and new Company programs to client; ensures that clients are aware of current applicable government regulations. Individual will document business content of client meetings and schedules placement and/or removal of equipment at accounts.Conducts and/or monitors customer, client and associate satisfaction surveys. Establishes and maintains effective community relations; participates in professional and civic activities and makes appropriate public appearances. Maintain clean and safe work environment; performs job safely.Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Will be able to interpret an extensive variety of mathematical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Valid driver's license. Able to travel overnight as needed.
