DescriptionWe are currently looking for temporary seasonal employees with strong customer service experience and a team-oriented spirit to provide exceptional service to our subscribers. You will respond to customers inquires regarding billing, product information, technical support, and general programming information in this fast-paced environment.To qualify, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, have excellent communications skills, the ability to handle multiple duties and must be a team player. Previous customer service experience is required with technical, product knowledge that is resolution oriented.Minimum Requirements: 2-3 years Customer Service Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer/technical/mobile app support skills (including but not limited to DNS change and verifying VPN usage) General navigation knowledge of connected and mobile devices Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Advanced computer skills Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus Must be able to work a flexible schedule (including nights and weekends) Experience working with BPO's De-escalation skills Knowledgeable of connected device types, i.e., Xbox, Apple TV, Roku Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly Display excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Knowledgeable and passionate about baseball (preferred but not required) Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is an hourly rate of $20.00 to $21.00.
