DESCRIPTION:Duties: Responsible for all operational aspects of North American clients trading in the EMEA, LATAM, and NA Synthetic Prime Equity Markets. Respond to sales and trading requests, book ad hoc crosses from external brokers, adjust spreads and margin, manage FX exposure on bookings, process dividend amendments and review withholding tax rates for each client. Responsible for EMEA, LATAM, and NA swaps for account management, trade support, prematching, settlements, cash processing, corporate actions, and front office trading, including equity finance, delta one, margin trading, dividend enhancement, and sales. Monitor outstanding swap cash flows. Advise on outstanding settlements and add value by providing detailed breakdowns and reset expertise. Partner with technology, including on the testing of releases, while working to enhance swap OMS to meet middle office needs and in turn provide clients with the highest level of service. Monitor terminating swaps and notify clients of upcoming terminating swaps. Partner with trade support teams in EMEA to ensure that trades are booked accurately for clients and in a timely manner. Monitor trends and partner internally to fix non-STP flow.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Client Service Manager, Funds Trade Support Analyst, Business Management Analyst, or related occupation.Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Equity Swap products, including EMEA, LATAM, and NA; Index & custom baskets; Mitigating risk of profit & loss; Bespoke swap preferences; Cross currency corporate actions and dividends; FX flow in EMEA and Latin American markets; Bespoke EMEA equity swap give up flow; Navigating and troubleshooting with Traiana Harmony; Analyzing financing spreads and benchmarks related trade discrepancies between trading desk and external clients; Reconciling equity swap lifecycle cash flows; Managing risks and controls of the team; Interacting and supporting large institutional and hedge fund clients; IRS regulation 871(m) for single stocks and index positions; Interpreting and explaining financial reports to clients; Multiple trading exchanges in EMEA for cross-listed securities, including London Stock Exchange, Xetra Trading Exchange, and Six Swiss Exchange; Risk awareness and requirements for settling EMEA trades; Bloomberg; and Markitwire.Job Location: 383 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10179. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.Full-Time. Salary: $153,144 - $182,000 per year.
