Weu2019re seeking a talented Senior Vice President, Client Service Manager to join our Fund Accounting team. This role is located in New York, New York u2013 Hybrid In this role, youu2019ll make an impact in the following ways: Manages multiple client service teams responsible for providing quality support to clients with transactions and resolving operational issues on a daily basis. Maintains familiarity with industry best practices and seeks opportunities to implement as appropriate. Sets policies and procedures for teams managed. Contributes to the development of strategic initiatives that are designed to improve the overall client service experience and improve team productivity and quality. Resolves highly complex or non-routine issues or inquiries from senior-level or key individuals at clients, as needed. Maintains relationships with business leaders to report client trends and needs.To be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years of management experience preferred. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $98,000 and $216,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
