This is a team empowered by limitless possibilities.About the roleThe Account Management team in Client Services is responsible for ensuring timely and professional delivery of internal & client work through campaign organization, stewardship, and team inclusion. This role helps to create and enhance conditions for the team to succeed. This role will be supporting the Fitbit Brand.Some of the things we'd like you to do:Drive the workflow for the campaign lifecycle that your teams manage by providing operational stewardship:Create campaign timelines, identifying key milestones and checkpointsHolding team accountable and ensuring on time completion of deliverablesCoordinate across practices through daily huddles and other key meetings to ensure campaign deliverables meet client expectationsIdentify potential risks and issuesEscalate to CS senior leadership as necessarySupport team in resource management and task prioritizationBegin learning about commercial management including staffing / scoping and financialsHelp set expectations with clients, ensure defined expectations are documented and disseminated to the broader teamUnderstand client billing process and ensure team complianceProvide timely and actionable feedback to team members to help improve process & deliverablesAbout yourself / Requirements:5+ years' experience, ideally working in a digital media agencyStrong and demonstrable knowledge of the campaign delivery process and experience of managing campaigns from across social, search, display, video and programmatic channelsExperience of managing day to day client relationships and coordinating internal agency teamsGood understanding of the digital media landscape with experience of executing campaigns and a passion for all things digitalSelf-starting and proactive attitude to workKnowledge of the creative process and experience managing creative agencies or teamsWhat You Can Expect:GroupM is WPP's media investment group and the world's leading media investment company with a mission to shape the next era of media where advertising works better for people. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000.
