Job Description Job Description Good verbal and writing skills. Valid New York State Driver's License preferred. Effective problem-solving skills. Effective interpersonal skills in working with individuals and those who support them. Completion of NHTD Overview and Service Coordination Training required. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Working knowledge of personal computers or the commitment to gain these skills. A. MSW, master's in psychology, RPT, RN, Certified Special Education Teacher, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, or LSLP with one year experience providing SC, or B. BA and 2 years' experience providing SC, or CM. High School Diploma with 3 years' experience providing SC, or D. An individual who served as a Regional Resource Development Specialist for one year. The following individuals may be hired but must be supervised by an individual identified above: A. MSW, master's in psychology, RPT, RN, Certified Special Education Teacher, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, or LSLP with less than one year experience providing SC, or B. BA and at least one year experience providing SC, or C. High School Diploma with at least two years' experience providing SC. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends and to travel to various locations to carry out assigned duties.
