You will plan, coordinate, and execute set up and service of all rooms and scheduled events, typically ranging from 25-200 people. This position requires outstanding personnel skills, organization and time management skills. This position is Monday through Friday and requires flexibility of hours generally between 8am and 5pm, but occasionally extending past 5pm. This location is walking distance from public transportation.Key Responsibilities: Plans, organizes, and executes room and event set up services of the conference center. Check meeting rooms for proper set ups including signage, office supplies and AV needs. Liaise with - catering team, facilities team, reception, security, host clients etc. Maintain Conference Survey document and results (including catering feedback). Coordinates planning meetings with internal and external clients.
