We use an approach grounded in design thinking, lean, and agile to help solve complicated problems and turn bold ideas into delightful solutions.The Digital Support Specialist is responsible for managing the creation of static/dynamic content websites for our state contracts using the website template that has been developed. The Digital Support Specialist will have experience using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or Drupal as a content management tool to input all content into the website template that will be used. Additionally, the Digital Support Specialist will gather requirements from the state and federal client regarding specific customizations that are needed to the website template, coordinate development of content with our editorial team, and manage testing defects with the development team. After implementation of a website, the Digital support Specialist will be responsible for ongoing support of content changes and enhancements. The Digital Support Specialist supports multiple state/federal websites simultaneously and will provide support for webchat / SMS / messaging and analytics tools as required. Job Description: Gather business requirements from client to understand specific customizations required for the stateDuring testing, triage defects opened by the business and work with developer to addressProvide oversight to vendor related to design to ensure client requirements are metManage timeline of all tasks related to design and development of websiteCoordinate development of content and language translation with editorial teamRequirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; field of study in Business, Computer Science, or Project Management preferred3+ years of relevant experience Experience launching external websites to consumersExperience with website Content Management Systems, AEM or DrupalKnowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologyExperience gathering requirementsExperience working with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Compliance partners to mitigate project risksExperience managing defects during testingExcellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to perform comfortably in a fast-paced environmentAbility to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work collectively and independentlyExperience working with vendors preferredKnowledge of Search Engine Optimization as related to content management of a website preferred.Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Webtrends, etc) preferredExperience with working on code development/business analysis/QA preferredWillingness to learn new technologies/toolsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsBonus: Content Entry via Drupal CMS tool Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Elicit requirements for digital transformation opportunities using appropriate techniques, which will typically be agile in nature and also include documenting user personas, customer journey maps, and user stories.- Analyze current and future state customer journeys to quantify digital transformation benefit potential and use ROI analysis to support project approval and prioritization.- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and groom the product backlog.- Represent the customer in the sprint development process and ensure development staff have access to all information needed to deliver the solution.- Collaborates with business partners and the agile team to define, coordinate and at times execute acceptance testing.- Support the creation and execution of customer digital transformation change management plans that ensure we maximize digital transformation benefits.- Provide post-production support during a stabilization period to ensure the solution is working as intended and delivering the desired value.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.2-4 years relevant experience required. Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
