Details: --> We have an Excellent career opportunity for a Technical Customer Service Manager to join a leading Company in Somerset, NJ. Responsibilities:Serve as a Key Account Manager handling multiple blue-chip Fortune 500 customers in the automotive, lawn and garden, medical, aerospace, and telecommunications industriesAct as the engineering liaison to coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of the customer experience are handled flawlessly, including Quoting, Technical Support, Order Entry, and Inventory PlanningResponsible for incoming technical product calls for orders, availability, quotes, pricing, and technical inquiriesProcess orders, forms, applications, and requestsWork as a liaison between sales, manufacturing, and shipping on a daily basisOpen and maintain customer accounts by recording account information, keeping records of customer interactions, and running reportsBasic Hiring Criteria:Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not requiredMinimum 3 years of relative experience Manufacturing Engineering Major Highly PreferredTechnical competencies for dealing with automotive mechanical partsExperience with fasteners or similar related products and industriesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills to work closely with Inside and Outside Sales Teams to ensure 100% customer satisfactionAdvanced Proficiency needed in Large ERP or MESAdvanced Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Job Requirements Minimum Security Clearance: No Clearance Details: --> TAD PGS, Inc. is a Global Fortune 500 company with worldwide revenue of over $27 billion and more than 50 years of government contracting experience.
