The Service Advisor will be the main point of contact between customers and technicians.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Schedules service appointments Responsible for answering service phone calls, greeting callers, establishing reason for calling, and determining the best solution to resolve customer issues and inquiries Promptly meets and greets customers, providing excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehiclesGathers determinable information needed to properly diagnose vehicle issues based on customer description Translates customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians to complete; following internal document - Advisor Repair Order Checklist Qualifications:One year minimum experience as service advisor preferred.Ability to work well in a process driven environment.Professional work ethic and appearance.Strong commitment to provide exceptional customer service.Valid drivers license. Must be insurable on company insurance policy.Professional appearance and demeanor required.
